I’m Kate, a certified health coach and personal trainer with over a decade of experience helping clients transform their bodies and renew their confidence.

I’ve coached hundreds of clients through the same challenges you’re facing now, the exhaustion from chasing all the right things but not seeing results, the frustration of starting over again and again, and the guilt that comes with putting yourself last.

With a master’s degree in psychology and over 13 years in the fitness and wellness industry, I don’t just give you workouts, I help you understand the mindset, structure, and accountability it takes to create lasting change.

Outside of coaching, I love staying active at the gym, traveling, trying new restaurants, and spending time with my family. My faith shapes everything I do, with Jesus at the center of my life. I believe that wellness is about wholeness from the inside out, and I’m here to support you in every part of it.
